Mr. Kwabena Adu-Gyamfi

He was a founding member of NASTAG and played an active role in all the processes leading to its incorporation and launch.

He has done courses in Seed Enterprises Management organised by AGRA and Seed Quality Assurance organised by USAID-Agricultural Policy Support Project.

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA with focus on Business Strategy. Prior to his entry into the vegetable industry he worked in Audit and Management Consultancy for eleven years and spent another 15 years in Financial Management and Corporate Planning in the airline industry.

His passion in the agricultural industry has driven him to join others to form a post-graduate apprenticeship programme for young graduates of tertiary agricultural institutions. The objective is to give those with passion and interest in taking careers in the sector practical on-farm training in crop agronomy and farm management.

This will help facility their employment and entrepreneurial drive.
